Our Story
Where we started
MatureHealth Communications (MHC) was the brainchild of three business colleagues who decades ago saw the need to service the baby boomer generation’s looming entrance into the senior-care phase of their lives. It was an untapped market that wasn’t on the radar for many in healthcare.
Their idea took root in 1999 with the founding of a specialized healthcare communications group focused on educational and promotional programs for professionals caring for the older adult population.
A short time later, a customer asked MHC to set up table-tops for pharmaceutical vendors at a small advisory event. That meeting would grow to become the yearly “must attend” industry event with over 700 attendees and 165 exhibitors — all managed by MHC. The event [[or just “It”]] formed the basis for what the company is today.
Where we are today
Today MHC has earned a reputation as a leader in event and meeting planning in the senior care space for over 25 years. Two of the original founders continue day-day operations and oversee all meetings and conferences for customers throughout the country.
While MHC continues to meet the needs of customers with programs and services in the LTC arena, it has evolved into a full-service meetings and event management partner in a wide range of industries. MHC helps innovative companies elevate their events and increase attendee engagement by connecting audiences with their brand in a passionate, strategic way.
